A: Yes you may. Kindly state clearly which size is for what gender & which name to prevent miscommunications. Personalised items cannot be exchanged, returned nor refunded.

Q: I have a design that I really hope to get, can I state in the remarks as special request?
A: Unfortunately not. To be fair to other buyers who pay more to pick a specific design under another listing, these grab bags are strictly by random, so buyers will not be able to specify the design.
